Who I Work With
While I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, there are several populations I particularly enjoy supporting. Across these areas of focus, my approach remains relational and grounded in the understanding that healing happens through connection rather than isolation
Women in Midlife
Midlife is often a time of significant change. As children become more independent, family roles shift, and priorities evolve, many women find themselves with an opportunity to focus on themselves in a new way. At the same time, hormonal transitions associated with perimenopause and menopause can bring emotional and physical challenges that deserve thoughtful attention and support.
I enjoy working with women during this stage of life because it is often a time of reflection and rediscovery. Together, we can create space to explore life's transitions, navigate changing relationships, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
Pregnancy and Postpartum
Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring profound changes, even when they are welcomed and anticipated. Many new mothers find themselves adjusting to a role that feels both familiar and entirely new. The demands of caring for a baby can leave little room to process everything else that is changing.
I enjoy supporting new mothers during this time. Therapy offers a space to speak openly about fears, frustrations, uncertainty, and the realities of day-to-day life without worrying about judgment. When appropriate, I can also help clients identify additional resources that may strengthen their support system.
College-Aged Adults
The transition into college and early adulthood can bring a great deal of change in a relatively short period of time. Students are often adjusting to new academic demands while figuring out relationships, independence, and what they want their future to look like. In the middle of all that, it can be difficult to stay connected to personal values and a sense of direction.
I enjoy helping college-aged individuals navigate this stage of life. Some clients are recovering from an eating disorder. Others are struggling with social anxiety or feeling overwhelmed by academic expectations. Many are simply trying to understand themselves more clearly as they move toward adulthood. Therapy can provide a place to sort through those experiences and find a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.

Wondering if We're a Good Fit?
If you're looking for support during midlife, college, pregnancy, or the postpartum period, I'd be happy to answer your questions and help you determine whether my practice may be a good fit for your needs.
