About Natalie

Therapy is about more than addressing challenges—it’s about deepening self-awareness, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful change. As a psychotherapist, my role is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged to explore what matters most to you. With over 20 years of experience, I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to my work, specializing in eating disorder recovery, life transitions, and professional consultation for clinicians. My goal is to help clients move toward healing and growth in a way that feels sustainable, collaborative, and affirming.

My Approach

  • Trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered

  •  Incorporates psychodynamic, attachment-based, and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT)
